We use as few cookies as possible. Functional cookies are needed for the site to work. Anything beyond that, including statistics and any embedded third-party content, runs only after you have agreed to it and you can change your decision at any time in the cookie settings.
As a rule we use your data only inside our own organisation. Beyond that we pass data to service providers who work for us as processors, for example ticketing, hosting and mail delivery, bound by data processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the EU or EEA, we make sure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are in place. We do not sell your data.
You have the right to information about the data we hold about you and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. These terms apply to every ticket bought for PÂVOIA and to everyone on the festival grounds. By buying a ticket and by entering the grounds you accept them.
The festival is organised by Building Roots UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Thusneldastraße 1, 22525 Hamburg, Germany. Buying a ticket is a contract with us. Ticketing is handled by our partner Weezevent, whose own terms apply to the purchase process and payment.
All tickets are personalised. You may change the name on your ticket at any time up until two days before the festival by writing to love@pavoia.com. Tickets not yet used remain valid only with a matching ID.
Tickets are generally non-refundable. If you cannot make it, transfer your ticket to someone else as described above. Reselling a ticket above its original price, or through commercial resale platforms, is not permitted and can lead to the ticket being blocked.
Admission requires a valid ticket and an ID matching the name on it. The festival is for people aged 18 and over. We may refuse admission without refund if the ticket is invalid, the ID does not match, or a person is visibly unfit to enter safely.
Wristbands are personal, non-transferable and must be worn at all times. A damaged, removed or manipulated wristband is invalid and will not be replaced free of charge.
On the grounds the following applies: no open fire, no glass, no drones, no pets, no own sound systems, no fireworks and no weapons of any kind. Drinks are not allowed on the dance floors. Own alcohol may be brought for the campsite in reasonable quantities for personal use.
We do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, harassment or any other form of discrimination or violence. Boundaries are respected, only yes means yes. Any breach can lead to immediate exclusion from the grounds without refund.
Follow the instructions of the crew, security and the awareness team. Areas marked as closed are closed, and the zoning for vehicles and camping is binding.
Everyone attends at their own risk and is responsible for their own safety, health and belongings. Assess your own limits, especially around water, heat, sleep and substances. Nothing here removes our liability where the law does not allow it.
We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen property. There are no lockers on the grounds. Bring only what you can look after yourself.
Parents and guardians are responsible for anyone in their care. Damage you cause to the grounds, buildings, equipment or nature you are liable for.
Regular camping is included in every festival ticket. Vehicles need their own ticket: a Forest Camper Van Ticket for a spot on the grounds, a Car Parking Ticket for the car park outside. Sleeping in a car in the car park is not allowed.
Booked accommodation such as Tipi Motel, Room Stay and Waterfront Lodge is subject to the conditions shown at booking. Damage or excessive soiling will be charged.
The programme, the line-up, individual floors, workshops and services may change. Programme changes, weather and cancelled individual acts do not entitle you to a refund.
If the festival cannot take place for reasons beyond our control, we will inform ticket holders as soon as possible and communicate how we proceed.
Photos and film are made on the grounds for documentation and promotion. By entering you agree that recordings in which you appear may be used by us, without a claim to payment. Tell the photo crew or the info point if you do not want to be photographed.
We ask guests not to film or photograph on the dance floors. Commercial photography, filming and drone use require our written permission.
The grounds are cashless. Credit is loaded onto your wristband at the top-up points by card or in cash. Remaining credit can be refunded after the festival in the way announced on site and by mail. There is no ATM on the grounds.
Medics are on the grounds around the clock. Tell them what you need, they are there to help and not to report you. Illegal substances are prohibited by law and are not tolerated on the grounds. Anyone dealing will be handed over to the police and excluded without refund.
You are responsible for your own health, for any medication you need and for telling us about relevant conditions at the info point if that helps us help you. Do not attend if you have a contagious illness.
Security may check bags and persons at the entrance and on the grounds. Prohibited items will be confiscated or refused entry. Refusing a check means no admission.
If you are excluded from the grounds for breaking these terms, you lose your ticket and any remaining time at the festival without refund or compensation. Remaining wristband credit is refunded in the usual way.
The estate lies in a nature reserve. Take your waste to the collection points, use the separation on site and leave your camping spot as you found it. Tents, chairs and rubbish left behind cause us real cost, and we may charge for the removal of large abandoned items.
Do not damage trees, plants or the buildings. Fires, gas grills and open flames of any kind are prohibited outside the areas we provide.
The festival takes place in Poland and Polish law applies on the grounds alongside these terms. Respect the surrounding villages, the roads and the people who live here. Follow the instructions of local authorities, security and traffic marshals.
If the festival has to be shortened, moved, partly closed or cancelled because of storms, fire, flooding, epidemic, official order, terror threat or any other event outside our control, we are not liable for costs you have already incurred, such as travel or accommodation booked elsewhere. In case of a full cancellation we will announce how we handle tickets as soon as we can.
We recommend your own travel and liability insurance. We do not insure your belongings, your journey or your accommodation.
Tell us about problems on site immediately at the info point so we can solve them while the festival is running. We may change these terms before the festival where necessary, for example because of official requirements. The version published here at the time of the festival applies.
German law applies. If individual provisions of these terms are or become invalid, the rest remains in force. The full conditions of the ticket purchase are shown to you in the checkout before you buy.
