Terms

Buying a ticket is a contract with Building Roots UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Tickets are personalised and can be re-personalised in your ticket account until two weeks before the festival. Tickets are generally non-refundable. The resale function in your account is the way to pass yours on.

Admission requires a valid ticket and a matching ID and everyone on the grounds accepts the house rules: no open fire, no glass, no drones, no animals, no own sound systems and the awareness rules that apply everywhere. We may refuse admission or ask people to leave if those rules are broken.

Programme changes do not entitle you to a refund. If the festival cannot take place for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you about how we proceed as quickly as we can.

The full terms and conditions are part of the ticket purchase and are shown to you in the checkout before you buy.
